I've been having the same problem for about 2 weeks. I called PP customer service and started a ticket on it. That was 10 days ago. at the time she said there had only been one other call-in regarding the same thing. Please call PP customer support if you have not already so that they know that the issue is more widespread. If no one calls, they don't know that it needs fixing;.
