I’m from United States. I bought a pair of jeans from a private seller from Zurich, Switzerland. The item was not as described. I opened dispute on PayPal. At first, the seller declined to refund. I told him several times to refund. Later he refunded. After I received refund, I shipped the jeans out by USPS next day. When I was shipping it out, the post office said the address was invalid. Later they said OKAY, they would ship the package, the package will be arrived there (Switzerland)in 2 weeks. The office gave me an invoice for that. After 2 weeks, when I was tracking package, it stuck in custom in Switzerland. After 2-3 days, it passed from the custom and arrived to the post office in Switzerland. And next day when I tracked it, it shows they attempted to deliver package, but delivery failed. I don’t know the reason why the package delivery is failed. As soon as I see that, I informed the seller to be contacted your post office with tracking number and figure it out why failed delivery. If not , your post office may send it back to me. That’s why please contact your post office with tracking number as soon as possible before they send it back to me “ I said to the seller. He replied that he would not contact the post office and he would report PayPal if the package is not arrived to him. I said to him that “the package is already in your post office. You just need to contact your post office.” He haven’t contacted the post office yet. What should I do?
