I have received few payments in EUR. These money were automatically exchanged into Russian Rubles (RUB). I have registered the account with Russian credentials, so it is labeled as 'Russian' account, which is obnoxious by itself already. But now I lose money because of it? I have EUR as my primary currency and I don't know why they made the exchange! Based on what? I can't seem to understand and receive a proper answer from them. Please, what should I do?
