I’m having this problem as well. This is the second month in a row that I’ve made a large payment and the amount of credit available has not updated, despite the payment being reflected in my transactions and my balance. When I called PayPal, the representative thought perhaps my payment hadn’t processed from my bank yet. I pointed out that I made the payment from my regular PayPal account. After that she had to consult other people before she could solve the problem. She was very helpful and resolved everything quite well but it was clear she found the issue confusing. I definitely didn’t expect the same issue to crop up a second time. I came here looking for a solution but I think I’ll just have to call them again.
