I order from them for the first time and I am not satisfied ! Because I pay almost 50 USD and I receive cheap earphone for around 5 USD real price, I offer to him partial refud of 45 USD (not full refund). When I open dispute, seller refuse to refund partial price to me. I escalate dispute for claim... BIG MYSTAKE - I can't write in dispute anymore. Seller ask to return stupid cheap earphoe back to him. He know I will pay much more shipping taxes from earphoe price. He promise "full refund"when I return parcel. I go to my post office and ask postman for support. I pay around 28 USD for returning.. Second problem - seller no wish to send address in english format - he send to me chinese address.. My postman think this parcel will be returned back to me because shipping addres is unfull or not understand... I will know today or tomorrow... But I also cant write this info in my claimed dispute.. If parcel is back to me, I will miss money refund, also will lose part of returning tax, because parcel is return back to me.. Please someone if can, explayn me how buyer protection system work, because I lose money when I use Paypal..
