Before I call PP customer service perhaps someone here had a similar issue. My PayPal Credit direct debit payment was scheduled for 12th December, it went through and it's showing on the 12th on my PP account (it always takes an extra day or two to register on my bank account, but it's like that for all PP payments).
Today I received an email:
You've missed a payment
Unfortunately we didn't receive the following payment in time:
Minimum payment due £XX.XX GBP
Payment due date 12 December 2021
Under the terms of your PayPal Credit Agreement, we've charged you a late payment fee of £12.00. We'll add this to your payment due next month, and you'll be able to see it on your next statement.
That £12 fee is now listed in my transactions, right above the correct DD payment for the credit. What's going on there?
