HI, I HAD MADE A PAYMENT TO A SUPPLIER BUT DUE TO OUT OF STOCK ITEMS HE ACCEPTED ONLY A PART OF THE PAYMENT AND CANCEL THE REST BUT IN MY CONNECTED CREDIT CARD IT IS NORMALLY CHARGED THE CORRECT AMMOUNT OF MONEY BUT IT IS ALSO BLOCKED / PENDING THE INITIAL WHOLE AMOUNT.
