I have been involved with an unhelpful and confusing discussion with a live agent for hours. I started by being unable to withdraw funds from my account and was given the message response "We’re sorry, this is more than you can transfer right now. Please enter a lower amount." (I tried every amount down to 1usd). I received more unhelpful advice to check with my bank as it was their fault. I have since confirmed that my bank has NO restrictions or issues they recommended I ask paypal to "open an internal investigation". After hours waiting for a response I was told my account WAS in fact at a withdrawal limit! I asked what the limits are it doesn't seem easy to access this information. My questions are: what are withdrawal limits on personal account? and Has this kind of "shenanigans" happened to anyone else?
