I wanted to top up my PayPal balance using IDEAL for Dutch debit cards. The amount has been taken from my bank account, but was never stored in my PayPal account. Once I completed the payment I was greeted with a message I've never seen before "You can't use PayPal anymore" and made me question. After more than an hour the payment was still not on my account and wrote an email through the message center and left it for some time. Now 5 days later I still haven't received an answer why my payment hasn't gone through and why I have been blocked from using PayPal. I was wondering of someone else in here has seen this problem before because there is no way for me to dispute this in any way, shape or form. I have sent my ID and driver's license to them for verification a week before this occurred and they are both valid. It's about a lot of money for me and I actually am worried that I will never see that money ever again. I hope someone could give me some help on what to do or how to contact PayPal about this because there is no phone number to speak to an operator and they won't respond to my emails.
