Dear PayPal Community, I am facing an issue that I find completely dissapointing. I have opened a case for a product, then paypal sent me an email that I got a full refund and I just have to send the product back(In China) and upload the tracking number. I did so punctually, and then I got an email that said the case it's closed and the seller gets his money from my side. Why this sudden turn? I contacted the merchant, he is very irritated because I sent the product(I did how paypal said) and they said now they won't accept it. I just got another email now with a bill of 720 euros.So I lost the product and now I still have the pay the money plus double amount?! What is this??! They could have told me in the beginning if the product was not suitable for any dispute case, not send me a confirming email and making me send the product and now to still have go pay them back. I find this very disturbing. Could someone please help me?
