I sold this guy a graphics card and sent it to him. He has received it but now he has opened a dispute saying that the payment was unauthorised. I received an email from PayPal saying We recently notified you a payment you received was made without the account holder's permission or was the result of a transaction error. If you've already shipped the merchandise, let us know which shipping company you used, and provide the tracking. When I received his payment I did not have the option to add tracking information. I believe he may have used the "friends and family" option to send the money. I've since sent PayPal an email explaining the situation and the tracking number but I don't know if they will get around to it in time. What should I do?
