I purchased an item and paid via Paypal. The item arrived broken. Contacting the seller was easy, but understanding the seller's very broken English was not. Every email I sent describing the problem would result in a reply where they kept thanking me for purchasing from them and to have a nice day. It was frustrating. Eventually, when I was very close to my 45 dispute limit, I told the seller I was going to use Paypal to help get my point across properly and evidently, they recognized the word "Paypal". The next email was by someone with a greater command of English. My item was replaced. Thanks to Paypal's excellent reputation, I was a very satisfied customer. But as a buyer, never lose awareness of your 45 day dispute deadline. Thank you, Paypal!
