I have a business and a new customer paid us the cost. The payment is pending more than 72 hours despite that fact that he received a message that the payment will be reviewed within 72 hours. I sent a message to PayPal asking for help yesterday and it is mentioned that I will get a response within a few hours, but it is took more time without any response. I contacted PayPal through Facebook from a personal account, but I received automatic response which is not helpful. Please your help and guidance is needed.
