I purchased a cute T-shirt Feb 5. I got an acknowledgement telling my item would ship quickly. Long story short it didn't. I sent several emails asking when it might ship. Never got 1 reply. Finally I opened a dispute with PayPal. Guess what instant reply. This is what it said. February 23 2021 at 2:57:00 AM CST Hi Your order is ready to be shipped If you initiate a dispute we will not be able to continue shipping do you choose to continue shipping? If yes we will give you a small gift and a 20% coupon to compensate for your waiting. If you want to cancel your order you will be charged a 10% handling fee please tell me your choice. Thanks for your understanding and supporting. Now doesn't that seem like A) I'm still in the same position waiting for them to ship and B) a 10% restocking/handling fee for something still sitting on the shelf seems unrealistic. On top of that opening a dispute automatically cancels the order? Something isn't right here.
