From my previous posts you can see that I've been purchasing online for quite some time. However, at the beginning of this year (2021) I started purchasing from FaceBook ads which proved quite quickly that it was a mistake. 5 purchases were made, 5 claims were filed, and 4 have been resolved with one refund pending. I want to thank the PayPal service agent for getting my money back from the scammers that open an account, sell items and never to be seen or heard of again. The service agents got all my money back. Here is a list of things to look for when purchasing from Facebook advertisers: 1- There is no actual contact information for that particular seller. 2- All seem to have the same basic template as the other 3- If there is a physical address, copy and paste it in Google Maps, I did that and it turned out to be a subway entrance. 4- EVERYONE claims that you must be 100% satisfied with the purchase or they will make it right. But think of it, where or how do you contact them? 5- Most of the vendors use something called "drop shipping" meaning you buy from the vendor, they put the order in with China, and China sends it to you. Stay safe out there and in my experience have faith in PayPal, they do have your back.
