Hello, I am a long term customer and for the first time I feel like I've been coned by a vendor. The company is called 12k motors based in Australia. I ordered a full fairing kit from them in May last year and as a result of issues with covid, they was unable to send me the items. I did place the order before they made any updated notes on this on their website. After being patient with them and understanding, they advise me that my fairing had been shipped out around Christmas break and I would be receiving a tracking number, however, this is not the case. I have sent them numerous emails to my already long correspondence with them, but now I'm being ignored. I know it's too late to ask for a claim from your end, but please advise me what can be done in respect to this? I feel like I have been mislead and now don't know which way to turn on the matter.
