Okay so I received an email from Disney+ yesterday stating that my subscription was canceled because the payment couldn't be processed. I know for a fact that there was money in my account so it should have gone through. I then try using my other bank account and still said declined. Then I tried my business PayPal account(different one) with a different bank account and same thing, says declined. It's also not just with Disney+ I tried with other places as well. How can 2 separate PayPal accounts both with different banks linked be declined? Super annoying!! Please help!
