Hello everybody, For the past two weeks I have been trying to get my Paypal subscribe button to successfully process customers' payments, but customers are telling me that, although the button itself is present on my website and seems to be working correctly, their payments are getting denied after inputting their details into the checkout window. They are receiving an error that says "Your payment could not be processed" or "That didn't work" or something along those lines. I had a similar issue with my donation button However, a small number of customers were successfully able to donate (most had problems). I thought I would give it a try myself and I also had problems with my payment not going through. A friend of mine tried as well and also had issues. I sent a message to Paypal support, but now all of a sudden, after I can clearly see that I received a reply from support, my message center is disabled and I am getting an error telling me "Sorry, messages are currently unavailable, please use a different contact method." Excuse my language, but what the hell, Paypal? I am losing business because of this nonsense every passing day. This is unacceptable, and it is so difficult to receive live support from a human! Can someone who has had experience with this please help me out? It's a very crucial point in my growing business during which these kind of issues absolutely destroy growth momentum. I have tried making new buttons, different types of buttons, subscription plans, everything. I have tried using different button layouts and even changing the products, and plans types, and even tried changing the API from the default API to a custom-made one. Nothing seems to fix this issue. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help out.
