I disputed a transaction and PayPal asked for additional information. I clicked the link to upload the files, upload, and I get nothing but an error message saying a problem on our end. the case was closed saying i didn't respond, when I did. in the message Centre it's nothing but a bot. Does nothing. an automated email saying we know you're concerned about this case if new information is provided we may reverse the decision. those are automatically closed because the case has been closed. PayPal doesn't seem to offer any kind of protection, customer service, or any service at all, for that matter. Why would I want to pay for that?
