I've seen a few posts related to mine, but haven't seen any solutions so far. My account was partially limited last week and wanted proof of my bank account information. After submitting my documents, I was permanently blocked from the app. I have had the account for years, however I hardly use it except for the random times where I'll need to purchase something from someone else. I don't have any kind of shop or anything with this account. I wrote an email and use their chat function when my account was partially limited and received a response within 24 hours (I currently live in China, so it is hard to call). But now that I've been permanently blocked, I can't get any response from these people. I get no responses via email and the online chat function tells me that all their agents are unavailable due to being outside office hours (I've tried contacting them at all hours of the day to see when they are open). I can't understand why I was blocked when I provided the information that they requested and have not broken anything in their terms of agreement. I was able to contact them through Facebook, after about 12+ hours of waiting, and all they tell me is that the decision would have been carefully looked over and the action cannot be reversed. I'm really at a loss on what to do since I recently have had a reason to use it and they have been the least bit helpful. Does anyone know what I can do?
