Hi All, I was asked by PayPal to provide more information (i.e. the tracking no. that the item I shipped back to the seller). "Please try again, we're sorry, sth went wrong." This is the message I saw for thousand times after inputting and submitting the tracking no. and other info. I tried so many times, at different time, and different computer or phones. But still, I can't upload the info. as PayPal requested me to do so before this Friday. Does anyone encounter similar situation as me? Thanks!!! Let me know if I posted to the wrong board.
