Hello, I bought one item from eBay and received it not as described. Seller put fake photos of item. Quality is very low. And I wrote them on eBay that if you can please refund me 50% because this item is not worth it. Seller told me can refund 25% but I should write good feedback first. I said I couldn't lie about item and get refund 25%. Then seller agreed to refund me 50% but I should write good feedback first. That was not professional and I said only they would refund me then I could think about feedback. I am a customer and if I receive refund no matter how item is look like I can write good feedback for service I receive. But they didn't agree and I opened case in Paypal Resolution Center. And I provided information about everything and told them that I don't want to return I want just 50% refund. Escalated case to resolution center and what I receive today. They make me to return and get full refund. And I can not write anything because there's no place to write. I can only write shipping info. Item is 2,89$ and I wanted only 1,45$. I should pay 2$ to return this item in our post office. And I will receive only 2,89$. It will be only 89 cents. I can calculate my nerves and moral damage and it will be more than this amount. I am not concerning about money. I am concerning how Paypal Resolution Center resolving issue and how eBay sellers can be such rude. They don't value customers.
