Hi there, I hope someone can help me here as I have already called Paypal Here only to get bounced between different departments, none of which could offer any solution. Here's the timeline: In preparation for starting a business I decided to use the Paypal reader as a channel for payment from customers In July 2020: I requested a Paypal Here card reader On 12/21/20: I finally received shipping notification of the reader on 12/21/20 (it only took 5 months! what great service!) On 1/4/21: I received a notification that the package was returned to sender (via USPS delivery confirmation) in California. (I never received the package) On the same day: I called Paypal Here for some answers, only to get transferred back and forth between departments. I finally just gave up and said, **bleep** it, I will not do any business with Paypal anymore. Today 2/11/21 I received an empty package from paypal with 2 return kits for a RMA that I didn't even request (I'm guessing I'm suppose to now return the missing reader). Paypal doesn't even have record of receiving their own reader back and now there's an RMA issued to get the reader from me??? The incompetency just keeps growing..... Anyway, no one on the phone can help me and this is the only other place I can ask for help 😞 I already tried emailing earlier as well as the phone calls....
