I purchased 2 Seresto Collars a month ago. After paying via PayPal, I got the confirmation written in Chinese first then English. Red flags went up immediately. Finally, when I got the collars they were obviously FAKES because they had no serial numbers on the collars. I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund due to the item being now what it was supposed to be. I got an email back with all kinds of offers. One being half my money back and discounts on more of their junk. I told them I wanted a total refund or I would let PayPal handle it. PayPal contacted them and the agreed to a full refund but I had to send them back to China (in only 9 days) and they had to be in the condition that I received them. Now, how can I send them back like I received them if I had to open one of them to see if it had a serial number, which it didn't! Secondly, the cost to mail to China for 5 oz is $35 with a tracking number. Then, upon seeing that one would be opened they could dispute my refund further! So, now Pay Pal gives me no way to contact them to add comments and only wants to see a tracking number that shows I mailed the collars back! This is so frustrating!!! It's not only the money issue that makes me mad... it's how many people are buying these Seresto collars thinking their pets won't be bitten by a tick and will ultimately contract Lyme Disease! My question...... how do I contact PayPal to give in and tell them I will accept the $25 refund from these rip off artists?
