Hello everyone, I purchased some goods online using my bank credit card via my paypal account. Later I returned the goods and shipped them out and I am still waiting for the merchant to receive them. But today my bank credit card was stolen and I had to actually close that card and when the new card comes it would have a new credit card number and information. Merchant says they can’t change the refund account from the initial account that was used to purchase the goods. And bank says because the account information has changed the refund won’t be received! I wonder what I can do to prevent this refund money from getting lost in transactions?
