Hi, I have sold a T-shirt on depop seller says it wasn’t as described, I disagree, but I have said she will 100% get a full refund once the T-shirt is returned to me.. I have no problems with that, so I have replied that back to the dispute, on depop she has been messaging me saying I need to pay for the postage for the return, and I need to arrange it, I don’t know where I stand, I don’t see how I would need to pay or arrange it, it’s out of my hands now until it reaches me again, but I’m just worried she gets away with not returning my t shirt and getting a full refund.. will PayPal let this happen?
