Due to a have changed my Spanish telephone number so I no longer have access to my PSD2 for my PayPal account. I have searched PayPal's website trying to find the answer to my problem. Yet I just kept getting lead in a complete circle and a catch 22 situation, whatever I try and do I can not get access to my account without having access to my old telephone number which no longer exists. I am literally at my wits end as I can not even seem to get in contact with a real-life person from PayPal to resolve this problem.
