I passed an transaction with an marchand via paypal of an amount of 1517$, i never received the product so i oppened a claim with paypal. The tracking number says delivered but i never received anything. The claim got in the favor of the seller. So i checked the seller website and it says they ask for an signature to confirm the reception of the product, i called paypal and they told me that yes they do have an agreement with sellers that whenever an transaction is more than 750$ they ask for the seller to ensure an signature to confirm the reception of the package. So they reopened the case 3 times and keep telling me they would give the seller 10 days to send them an proof of a signature, while there is none, but they keep closing the case on the seller favor. Their service is ridiculous, does anyone know what can i do next or if it is better to contact paypal head office for better service ?
