Hello I had not used my Paypal account for many years, today, I logged in with my account login and password, and was directed to "Authenticate required" page. I was given two options to receive authenticate code via text message or phone call. However, the problem is that the two phone numbers I have added to my account are old, and out of servce. iNow I am stuck in a catch 22 situation. I cannot completely login to my account to change my phone number, and without an updated phone number, I cannot completely log in. Can someone please advice me on what to do? Worst case scenario, can I delete my Paypal account associated with my Gmail account, and recreate it from scratch? Thanks Mir
