I had previously file a dispute that was in my opinion unfairly closed. At the time, I opened the dispute because I wanted to cancel my transaction after realizing that the items I purchased were fake. I know I should've done a little more homework before sending money away. Paypal didn't give me the benefit of the doubt and closed the case. The Items I purchased on 11/30/2020 have yet to arrive. I unfortunately can't reopen the case and since they closed the case. Please let me know what can be done in this situation.
