I ordered an item on Dec 10th 2020 and the item was supposed to arrive to Greece in 10-12 working days. I have contacted the merchant via email numerous times. They are trying to buy time by providing inconsistent excuses. The most hilarious was that there are no flights from China to Greece. When I informed them that i will open a dispute they asked me to give them more time and if item doesn’t arrive they are willing to resent a new item. Today i disputed the transaction, yet the default route is to connect client to merchant. I have already contacted the merchant without getting a satisfactory response. Does any one had a similar experience? How can I escalate further? Thank you in advance.
