Hi i saw a payment that i didn’t recognise , so reported as unauthorised, i since found out it was a subscription to an iphone app that came to end of the trial period - i requested a refund from apple appstore which shows as refunded but because paypal initiated the refund apple seems to think the case is closed. how do i get my money back.? the case is showing as closed in the resolution centre how do i escalate. ?
