I signed up for PayPal back in 2019 and had completed my KYC to receive international payments and recently I came to know that i need to do it separately to receive domestic payments as well. I however do not see any option to complete my KYC and when I visit the KYC page, it shows that all the required documents have been submitted already. The customer support executive says that she doesn't see any documents uploaded in my account and the KYC page says that my KYC is complete. Kindly suggest a way to deal with this. Where can I check if I need to upload any additional documents?
