Last year, Google deactivated an account I'd used for 14 years for unspecified "suspicious activity" (which may pertain to my access of Gmail with an extraneous mail client) shortly after I relocated to another state. Consequently, I can't access a prior account on PayPal because both the Gmail account and phone# associated with it are defunct. How can I recover that account's password or generate a new one?
I'm sorry that this was posted in PayPal Basics, but the drop-down menu of this form won't register selection of "My Account" because it's buggy.
