I recently ordered some shoes from china. The company I ordered from sent the wrong size. After raising a dispute I was offered a partial refund, then a full refund. My question is I stated that I was happy to return the shoes if the company gave me the cost of postage, which they have not. to get the cost of the shoes returned they want proof of tracking and shipping of the shoes back to them. Therefore Im in a losing situation through no fault of my own, ordered in good faith, received wrong size, now I must pay tracked postage back to them, to get cost of shoes. I feel this is very unfair. .
