Is there a way to contact PayPal other than through the resolution center. I recently started a dispute and paypal denied the claim because the seller had a tracking number and said it had been delivered. Paypal sent me the tracking number. I verified the tracking number through my local UPS service and found out that it had been delivered to the wrong address, the address listed on the tracking number was not mine and the seller said he put the right address on the label. Now I can't contact them to prove that it was not delivered to me because PayPal said the dispute was closed. PayPal did not verify the tracking number with the shipping address through the seller and the shipper, they just agreed the seller was right. I am at a $900.00 dollar loss because PayPal did not verify anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Razorback2020
