My toddler submitted an in-app purchase through the App Store. I immediately contacted Apple as soon as I noticed to report the case, and they cancelled the transaction and refunded my money. However, I received an email from PayPal informing me that I owe money to them due to insufficient funds. I now have a negative balance, and I tried reaching out to the customer service but was only instructed to refer back to iTunes and the App Store. Apple told me that they had processed the refund (it is even showing in my PayPal activity), but PayPal still insists that I pay them for the purchase that I supposedly no longer have access to. The agent I was talking to also closed down the report without informing me. I would appreciate any assistance regarding the issue and what I can do to make it right?
