Hi, I tried to pay with paypal on a website and had forgotton my password. Changed the password and continue to pay on the website. Then I suddenly get the message, "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". I cannot login, phone support tells me they cannot offer support at the moment (though it is in normal opening hours according to the support page), no email to contact paypal, and I do not have facebook or twitter account. How in our lords name am I suppose to get support and access to my account again??? Is there really no regulations to how a bank has to support their customers? This is getting me really **bleep** off, and worst of all, this is not the first time paypal refuses me to login for no reason what-so-ever, ugh!
