I have a notification in my dashboard saying that "Some account information is missing or incorrect" and the issue is with the address. When I try to edit my current address (or add a new , but the same, one), I have a message saying "PO box not accepted" whereas my address doesn;t have a PO box. I tried all the possible ways to enter the address, I cleared the cache, changed the browser ... I have reported my issue to customer services but everything they suggest is provinf useless... Has anyone had this issue ? Please could you help ? Thanks in advance.
