Can anyone please assist... All payments have gone to an email account that was deleted 2 months ago, so I have not received any payments since early November. The problem is I no longer have access to this old email address as I finished working with the company 6 years ago. I have read previous threads where it says I need to reinstate the old email address to claim the funds. What happens when you don't have access to this address and it no longer exists because I sold the company the email belongs to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
