How can I get in contact with a human from PayPal over the phone? I have so many issues that the automated voice over the phone says that I can' be helped over the phone. I really need help adding a bank account to my personal and business account. I've tried dozens of times and there's always an error or the screen will go blank and say, "Sorry not available". I've tried this on the mobile app, on my desktop, on mobile via web browser, and on my work computer. I can't fix this on my own. Plus when I use the message center to try to contact someone I can't always access the messages because again it says, "Sorry the message center is not available". I needed this fixed almost a month ago and I'm still trying to get a solution. This is so ridiculous!! Someone, anyone please help me for the love of god!!
