I did 2 payements upon the request of someone who was trying to buy my old Phone, through the Facebook market. After that I noticed that the person’s account was hacked and it’s a fraudulent action. I automatically stopped my bank card and requested the refund or the blocking of the payement who was already done using PayPal twice. However, upon my request to refund the money with PayPal using the resolution center, they considered that there was nothing unusual with the transactions and it’s not confirmed as fraude. So I recent an email with a proof from the emails that I got and yet didn’t get any notice. So can someone help me out there, to find another way to stop these payements and block them Thank you
