Hello, I am hoping someone out there can help me. Within the last two weeks PayPal has permanently froze both my personal and business account. In addition, my Venmo has been cancelled. I've called and emailed numerous times. They refuse to give me any information or reverse the decision. They are citing that I have violated a user agreement, which is false, and they refuse to give me any evidence of the violation (Probably because there is none). I don't know what else to do. I did nothing wrong and I need my accounts reopened and no one is willing to help. When I ask for a supervisor they disconnect me. Any suggestions?
