As far as I know, it is PAYPAL's policy to take care of the client's money. If I fell victim to being scammed by a fraudulent seller, why then does PAYPAL force me again waist my money of shipping the inappropriate item back to the fraudulent seller? My legitimate right not to trust the seller to a scammer who has already deceived me, why let me be deceived by him again? After all, just as he sent inappropriate goods, in the same way he can declare that I did not send the goods to him or that I sent him another item, or the goods are damaged or with missing accesoires. For several days now, I have been trying to contact the Complaints Department like a blank wall to no avail. I see the position of PAYPAL as encouraging the dishonest business of a fraudulent seller, after PAYPAL put forward an unacceptable condition to me - I am not ready to spend even one cent more - after all, this is a fraudulent seller who has already deceived hundreds of customers.
