Hi. I am unable to log in to PayPal because the system wants to send a One Time PIN validation to a phone number that I no longer have. I am unable to change the phone number on my profile to my current one because I have to be logged in to do that. If I follow the Forgot Password option and enter my valid E-mail address, the system says that it could not validate me, even though I have received routine E-mails from PayPal as recently as yesterday. I have tried calling the help line phone number but it says that because of CV19 the number is currently unmanned. I cannot access the message option because I need to be logged in first. Is there any other way to log into PayPal or any way to get to speak to a human?
