Hi, I've been trying to setup PayPal OneTouch secure login with my different browsers on my laptop (Lenovo E15 Win10 Pro fully updated, adblock disabled). After authorizing "trust this device", and upon trying to pay for another transaction it opens a new window but then it stays stuck on processing the processing window forever... I tried various help-me FAQ's I found on the site and online but it didn't solve the problem. The only methods I have found to work around this is as follows: While it's stuck on processing - a.1 press back to go to the transaction page where I chose the payment method (quite annoying because I have to press back and there might be expiration issues) a.2 open a new tab and login to PayPal manually from there a.3 go back to the 1st window and complete the payment. alternatively, I can only cancel OneTouch altogether - I found that in order for this to be removed I need to do the following cumbersome process: b.1 Under my PayPal Security settings - go to the Auto-Login and remove whatever is in there b.2 Clear browsers cookies/cache b.3 wait a couple of days Only then it removes the OneTouch method which gets stuck, and I'm back to manual login and payment via PayPal. (I should note that perhaps one of the above steps isn't necessary, but I'm not sure as I tried only b.1 and it didn't remove OneTouch). How do I solve this issue so I may be able to pay with PayPal OneTouch fluently and without additional toubles? Please advise, thanks in advance! Assaf
