I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH PAYPAL. I HAVE REQUESTED REFUNDS OF TWO ITEMS, ONE WHEN THE WRONG ITEMS WERE RECEIVED AND ANOTHER WHEN THE ITEM WAS INACCURATELY DESCRIBED, THEY HAVE SENT AN EMAIL SAYING I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND BUT THEN WHEN I LOGIN, IT SAYS THAT I WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE REFUND IF I RETURN TO CHINA ! TO RETURN ITEMS TO CHINA FROM FRANCE IS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE ITEMS. 1 PARCELS WILL COST 70 EURO'S AND PURCHASE PRICE WAS 75 EURO'S ! I HAVE SENT MESSAGES TO PAYPAL ON A DAILY BASIS FOR OVER 10 DAYS NOW AND NEVER GET ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE STANDARD AUTOMATED REPLY. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF HOW TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. IT LOOKS LIKELY I HAVE LOST ALMOST 100 EURO'S BETWEEN THE 2 TRANSACTIONS.
