My account was hacked. PayPal recently determined the transactions were unauthorized and I have been refunded for the charges. However I cannot access these funds because my account is currently limited due to the negative balance incurred by the fraudulent transactions. I cannot get to anyone on the phone in customer service today and they are asking me to confirm my SSN and respond to customer complaints. However the cases are closed and there are no customer complains to respond to and when I click to confirm my SSN it just takes me to my profile where I have already filled out my SSN. Can someone please explain to me how I should proceed. Is customer service not available on the weekends?
