I have a course platform and the payment portal is Paypal. I have discovered, after many customer complaints of nonresponse, that the receipts that clients receive from Paypal have an email address that I no longer use or have access to. When I go into my Paypal dashboard, my email in Settings is the correct email address. I do not understand why this very old email is showing up on their receipts and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to change it. Any suggestions?
