Thank you for your posts! Welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you are missing a payment that you were told was sent to you.
Thank you to @Imsubh for laying out the initial stuff to look at. Most of the time, the troubleshooting that was given is sufficient to find the problem, but sometimes there's more to it.
You mentioned that you have the Transaction ID. Transaction IDs shown to a sender are different than the Transaction ID seen by the recipient. If you're looking for the specific Transaction ID that was given to you, you will not see it in your account. However, if a payment for that amount was received at that time, then you very likely have received that specific payment.
If there is no payment at all in your history at that time, please be aware of the existence of some common scams, of which it is possible that this may be one.
If you are still wondering if you have actually received the payment and would like to speak with a representative to allow them to take a little bit deeper of a look into your account, you can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
